Bitter Butter Tears

Norway is in the midst of a Christmas crisis.  A massive shortage of butter has swept across the  nordic nation as they prepare to make their special Christmas butter cakes.  And yet we Americans, hoarding our butter, slathering it on our bread, biscuits, potatoes, muffins or eating it by the spoonful, we have no sympathy. Or shame.
